Townhouse Living : 1 to 3 Level Townhouses

Townhouses have always been unique in the housing market and are welcomed by growing families. Families living in townhouses enjoy a feel of living in a house and pay less for the property.

1-level townhouses:

1-level townhouses are ranch style townhouses or stacked style townhouses. Ranch style townhouses feature vaulted or high ceilings, spacious living room and large bedrooms. Stacked style townhouses feature large living area and generous sized bedrooms and sit above or below other townhouses. Ranch style townhouses with no/or less stairs are good choices for seniors.

      2-level townhouses:

2-level townhouses have good layouts that maximize the settings. The living room, dining room, kitchen, yard and garage are on the lower level; bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper level.

2-level townhouse living: Enter the main floor through your private main entrance.  Here is a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and eating area, a powder room and storage. You can access the yard at the back of the house and garage at the front.

Go upstairs to the sleeping quarters which include a master bedroom with ensuite and 2 good-sized bedrooms. There’s also a bathroom, laundry room and linen closets.

3-level townhouses:

3-level townhouses feel spacious and have different zones for daily activities. Upper floor offers better views and privacy.

3-level townhouse living: Enter the townhouse through your private entrance and go upstairs to the main floor. Here you have a spacious living room, dining room, open kitchen with an island and a powder room for your guests.

Go upstairs to the sleeping quarters that include a master bedroom with an ensuite and 2 good sized bedrooms. There’s also a bathroom, laundry and closets.

Go downstairs to the basement to the den/office and go to the yard through the back door. You can access the garage and front entrance on street level.
